The Board of Directors of Marfin Egnatia Bank S.A., at a meeting held today, decided to appoint Mr. Iraklis Kounadis as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Bank, in replacement of Mrs. A. Plakomichelaki who resigned. Furthermore, following a unanimous decision of the Board, Mr. Iraklis Kounadis assumes the responsibilities of Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Marfin Egnatia Bank. At the same time, Mr. I. Kounadis keeps his responsibilities as Chief Executive Officer of Investment Bank of Greece S.A.
