Regarding your letter dated October 26, 2009, with respect to press articles at the newspapers 'CHRIMATISTIRIO' as at 26/10/2009 and 'ISOTIMIA' as at 24/10/2009 titled 'The Blue City is in danger' and 'ELLAKTOR' respectively, we wish to inform you like as we did in our previous disclosure in relation to this project on 4/1/2006, ELLAKTOR Group participates in a joint venture with Turkish ENKA solely at the construction of the aforementioned project. Currently the said project is under way pursuant to the guidance of the Key Owner of the Project.
As regards the press article at the newspaper ISOTIMIA (24/10/2009), with respect to the sale of its participation at the Blue City of Qatar, we wish to clarify that the said project is located in Oman, we participate solely in its construction as we mentioned above and the specific press article is not true.
