Announcement of Regulated Information According to the L. 3556
The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 the following:
- Mrs. Elpiniki Saranti, person connected to the Non-Executive member of the BoD Mr. Pantazis Sarantis, proceeded on 27/10/09 to the sale of 20,000 (twenty thousand) common shares at the price of 5.14 euros (five euros and fourteen cents) of total value 102,800 euros.
- Mr. Kostas Rozakeas, Chief Financial Officer of the Group and Executive member of the BoD, proceeded on 29/10/09 to the purchase of 905 (nine hundred and five) common shares at the price of 4.93 euros (four euros and ninety three cents) of total value 4,465 euros.
- Mrs. Elpiniki Saranti, person connected to the Non-Executive member of the BoD Mr. Pantazis Sarantis, proceeded on 27/10/09 to the sale of 20,000 (twenty thousand) common shares at the price of 5.14 euros (five euros and fourteen cents) of total value 102,800 euros.
