Change of Board of Directors and Investment Committee composition
Eurobank Properties announces to the investing public that the the independent, non executive B.o.D. member Mr. Spiridon Makridakis has resigned for personal reasons.
The Board of Directos after thanking Mr. Makridakis for his contribution to the Company, proceeded to the election of Mr. Vassilios Vafiades as new independent, non executive member. The election will be submitted for approval in the Company's next General Meeting of the Shareholders.
Mr. Vafiades has held executive positions in financial organizations for a series of years both locally and abroad.
Professor Epameinondas Panas has submitted his resignation, also for personal reasons, to the Company's Investment Committee.
The Board of Directors after thanking Mr. Panas proceeded to the election of Mr. George Katsibris as new member of the Company's Investment Committee.
Mr. Katsibris is Professor of the University of Piraeus and Chairman of the University's Department of Banking and Financial Management. He has served in the past as Professor of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki as well in Universities abroad.
