The company ELBISCO S.A. HOLDING, informs the investors that on September 30, 2009, between its subsidiary by 99.545% under the name ELBISCO INDUSTRIAL & COMMERCIAL S.A., which is a shareholder of MORNOS S.A. with a participation rate of 32.07%, and the company BROWN HOLDING S.A., which is also shareholder of MORNOS S.A. with a participation rate of 60.87% has been decided the termination of their agreement under which BROWN HOLDING S.A. was obliged to vote in favor of the suggested by ELBISCO INDUSTRIAL & COMMERCIAL S.A. members of the Board of Directors of MORNOS S.A. which were casting the majority of votes in its meetings. MORNOS S.A. will continue to participate in ELBISCO's consolidated financial statements under the equity accounting and not the full consolidation method under which it was consolidated until the termination of the agreement.
