Suspension of the resolutions concerning the merger by absorption of MC HELLAS SA by the parent company LAMBRAKIS PRESS SA
LAMBRAKIS PRESS SA announces that its Board of Directors and the Board of Directors of the subsidiary company MC HELLAS SA at their meetings on 13.11.2009 resolved unanimously to suspend their previous resolutions regarding the merger by absorption of the 100% subsidiary company MC HELLAS SA by the parent company LAMBRAKIS PRESS SA according to the provisions of Articles 1 and 5 of Law 2166/1993 in conjunction with the provisions of Articles 69 to 78 of Codified Law 2190/20 and to their financial statements (balance sheets) as at 30.9.2009. The whole issue will be reviewed at subsequent meetings of the Boards.
In this context the General Meeting of the Shareholders of the subsidiary company MC Hellas SA resolved to change the company's name to DOL WOMAN PUBLICATIONS along with the amendment of the article 1 of the articles of association of the company.
