The tax audit for the years 2007, and 2008 has been completed
According to article 4.1.3.1 of the Athens Exchange regulation and article 10 paragraph 1 of L. 3340/2005 the company informs the investor community that the tax audit for the period 2007 and 2008 has been completed. The tax audit resulted in accounting differences from which resulted income tax plus penalties of EUR 1,209,445.07 in total.
We mention that, provision of EUR 1,150,000 has already been included in previous fiscal years financial statements.
Hence, the financial statements of 31/12/2009 will be affected with provisions of EUR 59,445.07.
