The company Minoan Lines S.A. announces that the legal entity (GRIMALDI COMPAGNIA DI NAVIGAZIONE Spa) associated with Mr Emanuele G. Grimaldi Chairman of the Board of Directors (Liable person according to the article 13 of L. 3340/2005) bought 18,200 ordinary shares of a total value of euro 64,964.90 on September 22 2009, 38,800 ordinary shares of a total value of euro 140,615.08 on September 23 2009 and 17,000 ordinary shares of a total value of euro 65,273.20 on September 24, 2009.
The aforementioned announcement is in accordance with L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and 21) and in combination with the resolution of the H.C.M.C. 1/434/3.7.2007 (Art. 11).
