EUROMEDICA S.A. would like to inform its shareholders and investors that its new cosmetic medicine centre, EUROMEDICA COSMETICS, has commenced its operations in Marousi.
The new centre belongs to the company EUROMEDICA COSMETICS S.A. in which EUROPROCUREMENT S.A. (a 100% subsidiary of EUROMEDICA S.A.) has a 36.5% holding, and medical doctors in various areas of specialisation in the field have a 63.5% holding.
EUROMEDICA COSMETICS S.A.'s initial share capital is euro 400,000 and the total Euromedica Group's investment is euro 1 million.
The new centre has the following departments: plastic surgery, dermatology (general and interventionist), aesthetic medicine (interventionist and non-interventionist), nutritional support, alternative medicine, and andrology-urology.
This new centre extends the range of healthcare services provided nationwide into the field of cosmetic medicine and the Group's plans include opening similar centres in Kolonaki, Glyfada and Kifissia as well as in the regions.
Euromedica Group already has a presence in the healthcare sector in 25 cities in Greece and 5 in Albania, with a total of 85 units: 18 hospitals, 57 medical centres, 9 rehabilitation and recovery centres, and 1 cosmetic medicine centre.
