"MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP SA" ("MIG") announces that the subsidiary company "MIG TECHNOLOGY HOLDINGS SA" ("MIG TECHNOLOGY") intends to acquire today with manually-operated transactions through the ASE 25.160.100 shares that correspond to 57.8% of the share capital of SingularLogic SA at a price of euro 3,08 per share. MIG possess 63.2% of the share capital of MIG TECHNOLOGY. Mr.Ioannis Karakadas, through a special purpose company and "GLOBAL EQUITY INVESTMENTS S.A.", participate in the share capital with 22,5% and 14,3% respectively.
