F.G EUROPE S.A. announces that the company SILANER INVESTMENTS LIMITED, a party related to the President of the Board of Directors Mr. Georgios Fidakis (the person liable under article 13, Law 3340/2005), proceeded on 28/9/2009 to the purchase of 117,000 common shares of F.G EUROPE S.A., of a total value of euro 158,463.64. This announcement is made in accordance with Law Ν. 3556/2007 (article 3, (ιστ), (ββ), and article 21) and in conjuncture with article 11 of Decision number 1/434/3-7-2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.
