HYGEIA Group announces that Mr. T. Charamis resigned from CEO and member of the BoD due to his forthcoming retirement. Mr. Charamis will be available to the Company until the end of February 2010, date of his retirement, in order to assist in the smooth transaction to the new management of HYGEIA.
The BoD unanimously decided to appoint new CEO Ms. Areti Souvatzoglou, Project Manager of MIG for the investment of HYGEIA and member of the Company's Executive Committee. Moreover, Mr. George Efstratiadis was appointed new BoD member, while Mr. George Koulouris General Manager and Head of Corporate Development of MIG was appointed new member of the Executive Committee. HYGEIA's BoD would like to express its warm thanks to Mr. T. Charamis for his valuable services.
