Further to its previous announcements, "MARFIN ΙΝVESΤMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A." (MIG) would like to inform that on 30.9.2009 it completed the acquisition of the remaining 51% of the share capital of "OLYMPIC AIR SOCIETE ANONYME OF AIR TRANSPORT" (formerly Pantheon Airways - flight operations), "OLYMPIC ENGINEERING SOCIETE ANONYME FOR AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR" (formerly Hellenic Company for Aircraft Maintenance and Repair - technical base/MRO) and of "OLYMPIC HANDLING SOCIETE ANONYME FOR AIRCRAFT GROUND HANDLING" (formerly Hellenic Company for Aircraft Ground Handling- Ground Handling). As result, MIG's participation in the share capital of the above mentioned companies is now 100%.
In addition, on 30.9.2009 the acquisition of certain assets (minimum assets) of the former Olympic group (Olympic Airways S.A. and Olympic Airways Services S.A) was completed.
