S&B Industrial Minerals S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that the following obliged persons according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005 informed the Company that, on September 25, 2009 they acquired Company shares for a price of euro 4.00 per share, as a result of their participation in the Company's Share Capital Increase through payment in cash for an amount of euro 10,356,440.00, as follows:
