MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A. is notifying investors that, in accordance with resolution no. 26/14.10.2009 of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Committee, on Tuesday, 20 October 2009, a share disposal was carried out, which arose from the 5,212 total fractional balances after the increase in the share capital of the Company due to the merger by acquisition of the companies ALUMINIUM OF GREECE S.A. and DELTA MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT AND INTEGRATED PROJECTS S.A. by it. The net proceeds of the sale, after the deduction of expenses and taxes, amount to 32,045.88 Euros (euro6,148 per share) and will be deposited to the Deposits and Loans Fund in favour of the Shareholders-beneficiaries. The Company will send to the Shareholders-beneficiaries, a relevant letter, whereby it will advise them of the outcome of the sale, their share of the proceeds of the sale, as well as of the collection procedure for the said amount from the Deposits and Loans Fund.
