'Babis Vovos International Construction S.A.' announces in accordance to Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/3.7.2007, and the Circular 33 of the Capital Markets Commission, that on 19 November, 2009 'KAS BANK N.V.' gave it notice that on 9 November, 2009 the total percentage of shares held by 'KAS Depository Trust Company' was increased from 4.966% to 5.299%.
