Notification on the Change of the Participation in a Listed Company
Pursuant to Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 and the Circular 33 of the Capital Market Commission as well as the Athens Exchange Rules and Regulations, following a notification received by VIOHALCO SA on 1/10/2009, we announce that as of 30/9/2009, its participation in the company's share capital and the voting rights has changed.
VIOHALCO SA owns, via its subsidiaries ALCOMET SA and DIATOUR SA, 60.187.660 voting rights or 59.43% out of the total Company's voting rights (101,279,627), versus 57.147.634 voting rights (or 56.43%) that it owned according to its last notification (11/2/2009).
Hence, ALCOMET SA currently owns 4.920.415 shares and voting rights or 4.86% of the company's outstanding share capital and DIATOUR SA owns 1,613,066 shares and voting rights or 1.59% of the company's outstanding share capital.
