ATEbank announces that the B.o.D. by its resolution of 12-11-2009, in accordance to the resolution of its General Shareholders Meeting of 12-1-2009, approved the Draft of the Base Prospectus of the E.M.T.N. issuance program and the granting of guarantee of ATEbank to its subsidiary ABG Finance PLC in order to proceed with the issuance of Notes under the aforesaid program.
