According to article 2 of the Decision 3/347/12.7.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission, it is hereby announced that during the recent re-organization of the Board of Directors of the Company as a Body Corporate, the Vice Chairman Mr. John V. Vardinoyannis was elected as Executive Member (from Non Executive), retaining the position of Vice President.
