The company INTRALOT announces, according to the Law 3556/2007 and in conjunction with the article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that:
-Ms. Efstathia Lanara, person obligated to notify pursuant to Law 3340/2005, sold on 2.11.2009, 6,000 common registered shares of INTRALOT, bearing voting rights, having a total value of ευρώ 26,600.00
