"Babis Vovos International Construction S.A." announces, under the rule of law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and article 11 of the decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Capital Markets Commission of Greece, that Mrs. Maria wife of Charalampos Vovos, (obliged person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005) purchased 7,500 BVIC shares at euro 34,649.36 in total on 7 December 2009.
