The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 the following:
- Mrs. Elpiniki Saranti, person connected to the Non-Executive member of the BoD Mr. Pantazis Sarantis, proceeded on 30/11/09 to the purchase of 5,267 (five thousand two hundred and sixty seven) common shares at the price of 4.44 euros (four euros and forty four cents) of total value 23,410.14 euros (twenty three thousand four hundred ten euros and fourteen cents) and on 01/12/09 to the purchase of 1,733 (one thousand seven hundred and thirty three) common shares at the price of 4.54 euros (four euros and fifty four cents) of total value 7,865.98 euros (seven thousand eight hundred sixty five euros and ninety eight cents).
- The shareholder and Executive BoD member, Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou son of Fokion, proceeded on 30/11/09 to the purchase of 300 (three hundred) common shares at the price of 4.47 euros (four euros and forty seven cents) of total value 1,341 euros (one thousand three hundred and forty one euros).
