CRETA FARM S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005 that Mr. Konstantinos Domazakis Vice President of the Company's Board of Directors purchased on the 3rd of December 2009, 300 common shares of our Company of a value of Euro 2.310,00 and the 4th of December 2009, 1.090 common shares of our Company of a value of Euro 8.393,00
