AEGEAN AIRLINES S.A. announces, that according to L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and art. 21) in combination with the resolution of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission 1/434/3.7.2007 (Art.11), Mr. Vassilakis Eftichios, Vice Chairman of the BoD, purchased 10.000 common registered shares of Aegean Airlines of total value Euro 34.468,86 on 1/12/2009.
