It is hereby announced that on December 9, 2009, Mr. Ioannis Dimakis, Corporate Announcements Officer (person obliged to acknowledge his stock exchange transactions on Company shares according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), purchased MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. shares as follows:
1) On his own account: 4,350 shares of total value euro 43,282.50
2) On account of his dependant daughter: 5,000 shares of total value euro 50,175 and
3) On account of his dependant son: 5,000 shares of total value euro 50,175.
