GENIKI Bank announces that according to Article 10, par. 1, of the Law 3340/2005, and according to the article 2, par. 2, of the Decision No 3/347/12.07.05, issued by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, took part in the share capital increase of the company Pyrichos amounted euro 309.244,51 by acquiring 120.000 shares which correspond to the 16.12% of the Pyrichos share capital.
