'Babis Vovos International Construction S.A.' announces in accordance to Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/3.7.2007, and the Circular 33 of the Capital Markets Commission, that on 4 December, 2009 'Orange Property Fund N.V.' gave it notice that on 3 December, 2009 the total percentage of shares held by 'Orange Property Fund N.V.' was increased from 4.96% to 5.02%.
