Regarding the press article in the newspaper AXIA dated 12/12/2009 under the title 'Marriage to be' we inform you that our Group's cooperation with Vinci on a corporate basis as well as with other domestic or international construction groups either today or in the past, is already known. The intention of both group Ellaktor and Vinci to jointly bid for the Kasteli airport project is a special purpose agreement.
Moreover it must be clarified that the joint corporate activity based on mutual business grounds in specific projects does not coincide to any form of shareholder agreement. As a result we refute the content of the above press article.
