Following a relevant request by the Capital Markets Commission, the Company clarifies regarding the acquisition of CyberArts, that the exact price for the acquisition of a 35% stake in the company will be specified in the future based on the company's performance, but it is estimated that it will not surpass the amount of 12 million USD. Furthermore, the Company has an option to obtain an additional stake in CyberArts, reaching in total 51% and the relative announcements will be made if this option is exercised. The acquisition of the 35% stake has been completed. The estimated impact on the company's financial position does not surpass the threshold of 30% of the listed company's own equity, as this is defined by the relevant regulations of the Athens Stock Exchange.
