S&B Industrial Minerals S.A. announces that it holds 219,470 own shares under the provisions of article 16 of codified law 2190/1920 and the respective pre-emption rights thereof for participation in the ongoing share capital increase. Taking into account the applicable legal provisions and in combination with the relevant decision of the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 16, 2009, S&B Industrial Minerals S.A. will transfer the aggregate of the said 219,470 pre-emption rights until the 15th September 2009 (last day of pre-emption rights trading) on the market of the Athens Exchange.
