The company's Board of Directors elected Jochen Guenter Paul Schmidt as non executive member of Board of Directors in replacement of Norbert Doerner for the rest of his service untill June 23, 2013.
The election of the new member will be announced in the immediate upcoming regular or extraordinary General Assembly of shareholders.
After the above-mentioned replacement the synthesis of the company's Board of Directors has as follows:
1. Dr. George Apostolopoulos, Chairman of Board of Directors, executive member.
2. Dr. Christos Apostolopoulos, Vice-President of Board of Directors, executive member.
3. Mr. Vasilios Apostolopoulos, Chief Executive Οfficer, executive member.
4. Dr. Stephen Leonhard, Independent Member non executive.
5. Mr. Jochen Guenter Paul Schmidt, Independent Member non executive
