In accordance with L. 3340/2005, as well as decision number 3/347/12.7.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission, TRASTOR REIC S.A. announces that, during the meeting of the Company?s Board of Directors dated 3.12.2009, the resignation of Mr. Theodoros Pantalakis from the post of the President of the Board of Directors of the Company was accepted and Mr. Stavros Siokos was unanimously elected, in replacement of the resigned President
