Marfin Popular Bank Public Co Ltd announces in accordance to Greek Law 3556/2007, Decision 1/434/3.7.2007, Circular 33 of the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission and the Cyprus Law 116(Ι)/2005, that on 01/09/2009, Mr Demetrios Spanodemos, Director - Group Strategic Development, proceeded with the purchase of 50.000 shares of Marfin Popular Bank of total value euro 120.222,27.
