NIREUS SA announces that Mr. Panayotis Alexakis, Vice President and Executive Member of the Board of Directors, submitted his resignation on 05/01/2010, because of his impending transfer to a position incompatible with his duties.
The Board of Directors accepted the resignation of Mr Alexakis and expressed deep gratitude for his contribution to the company.
