By decision, signed by the President and CEO of PPA Mr. George Anomeritis, from January 1, 2010 all acts and decisions of the Company's Management, relating to Call for Tenders, decisions results, regulations, financial information, committees, agendas, investment plan, budgets and reports, personnel etc will be uploaded on the P.P.A website (www.olp.gr), in order to ensure publicity and transparency.
With this Transparency Decision of the new Management, P.P.A S.A. a company listed on ASE, which follows International Financial Reporting Standards and being since its conversion into a Societe Anonyme a profitable Company of the wider Public Sector, allows every citizen to be informed and involved to everything worthwhile in the Company's corporate life. All Call for Tenders and their results, with a budget of more than euro 36,000 according to company's regulations, will be uploaded on the website.
Transparency Decisions are particularly important both for P.P.A.SA and private companies, especially after the new revised 5-year investment plan of the Company, amounting to euro 1 billion.
