"ALUMIL - ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY S.A." and 'ALUNEF S.A.", a subsidiary of the former, hereby announce that their Boards of Directors decided the absorption of "ALUNEF S.A." by "ALUMIL S.A." on 02/12/2009. The merger will take place in accordance with the article 78 in conjunction with articles 69-77 of Law No. 2190/20, and provided that the above transfer will receive the approval of the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on December 7th, 2009. --------------------------------------------
