According to the provisions of L.3556/2007 (articles 3 (xvi), (bb) and 21), in conjunction with article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Capital Markets Commission, Proton Bank reports that Mr. Antonios Athanassoglou, Executive Vice-Chairman of the company, on January 4th 2010 acquired 100,000 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 203,557.80.
