GENIKI BANK S.A. announces that according to the Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/03.07.2007, and the Circular nr. 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and relevant letter of Societe Generale, that on 31/07/2009 its percentage on GENIKI Bank becomes 53,97% from 50,01% which corresponds to 191.585.017 shares. This change results after the 2005 share capital increase, according to the resolution of Geniki's Annual General Assembly on 12.05.2005 when Societe Generale's percentage became 52,32%. After the 2009 share capital increase according to the resolution of Geniki's Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting on 11.05.2009, Societe Generale's percentage became 53.97%.
