According to the provisions of L.3556/2007 (articles 3 (xvi), (bb) 9 and 21), in conjunction with article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Capital Markets Commission, VELL GROUP S.A. (hereinafter "the company") reports, after having received the relevant information, that today, Αugust 27th , 2009, the shareholder Mr. Sofoklis Velanis, Executive Vice-Chairman and liable person, sold through market transaction in the Athens Stock Exchange, 1.674.000 common registered shares of VELL GROUP S.A. of a total value of Euro 1.030.971.
As a result of the above transaction his voting rights in the company fall from 5% to 0%.
