PEGASUS PUBLISHING S.A." informs the investment public, that in compliance with article 16 of C.L. 2190/1920, as well as the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation and in execution of the decision of the Company's Board of Directors No. 753/26.08.2009, the Company shall proceed to the sale at most of fifty two thousand one hundred and thirty seven (52.137) own shares, from August 31, 2009 until December 31, 2010, at a sale price not lower than two Euro (2,00 euro).
