CORINTH PIPEWORKS SA informs the investment community that pursuant to the Implementation Act of the Regulatory Plan for the Thisvi-Viotia Industrial Area, it will participate to the share capital increase of its affiliate 'DIA.VI.PE.THI.V. SA'. CORINTH PIPEWORKS will receive a total of 9,689 new shares of par value euro 20 each and the total value of its participation in the above share capital increase amounts euro 484,431. Upon completion of the aforementioned share capital increase, "DIA.VI.PE.THI.V. SA" share capital will amount euro 2,090,980 divided into 104,549 shares of par value euro 20 each and CORINTH PIPEWORKS's participation in the said subsidiary will reach 23.7%.
