Following the positive opinion of the Competition Commission to the notification of concentration submitted on 1.6.2009 by Lambrakis Press SA, concerning the acquisition of the remaining 50% of the share capital of the company MC Hellas SA, and in accordance with the resolution of its Board of Directors of 22.4.2009, Lambrakis Press SA proceeded with the purchase of 25.000 shares ie 50% of the share capital of MC Hellas SA owned by Marie Claire Album SA, for a consideration of 300,000 euros paid in cash and acquired 100% of the share capital of MC Hellas SA, which will continue to issue the greek edition of the magazine Marie Claire.
