"EMPORIKI BANK OF GREECE S.A.", as Societe Anonyme, listed in the Athens Stock Exchange, announces - according to Article 10, par. 1, of the Law 3340/2005, as well as the article 2, par. 2, of the Decision No 3/347/12.07.05 issued by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission - that, οn 15/9/09 transferred its participation percentage 33,24% in PHOSPHORIC FERTILIZERS INDUSTRY S.A. that represents 44,434,936 shares, to the company under the trade name "ELFE S.A." in total consideration of euro 29,662,279.35.
