The company INTRALOT announces, according to the Law 3556/2007 and in conjunction with the article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that: Mr. Ioannis Katakis - person obligated to notify pursuant to Law 3340/2005 - sold on 9/10/2009 5,000 common registered shares of INTRALOT, bearing voting rights, having a total value of euro 25,550.00 and also sold on 12/10/2009 19,523 common registered shares of INTRALOT, bearing voting rights, having a total value of euro 100,774.37.
