S&B Industrial Minerals S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that Mr. ANDROULAKIS THOMAS sold on 09/09/2009, 3.000 pre-emption rights related to the ongoing Share Capital Increase of the Company of a total value of Euro 840,00.
This transaction has been duly acknowledged to the Company pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005 by Mr. Thomas Androulakis, under his capacity as General Manager of the Bauxite Division.
