FOLLI FOLLIE S.A. announces that with regard to the notification received on 07th October by the company named UNITED CAPITAL INVESTMENTS CORP, which is under the control of Mr. Victor Restis, on 06th October 2009 the participation rate of Mr. Victor Restis (through UNITED CAPITAL INVESTMENTS CORP.) changed from 6.03% to 4.96%, alteration bellow 5% of the total voting rights.
It is to be noted that, after the above, the company UNITED CAPITAL INVESTMENTS CORP., controlled by Mr. Victor Restis, will hold a total of 1.634.732 shares issued by FOLLI FOLLIE S.A. accounting for 4.96% of the total share capital.
This announcement is in compliance with the obligations of Law 3556/2007 and in conjunction with the decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Board of the Capital Market Committee.
