Lambrakis Press SA (DOL SA), announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that Mr Adamantios Pepelasis, a member of the Advisory Committee of DOL SA, proceeded on 07.09.2009 to the sale of 43.228 DOL common registered shares, with voting rights, of total value 131.145,20 euros
These transactions have been duly acknowledged to the Company pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005 by Mr. Adamantios Pepelasis.
