Following the company's announcement dated 12.10.2009 and in response of a relevant question submitted by the Capital Markets Commission, the management of 'Babis Vovos International Construction S.A.' further clarifies in reference to the content of the Council of State decision no 3059/2009, that the common ministry decision no 100391/29.8.2008 as well as the revised act of the Urban Planning Services of the Municipality of Athens no 1119/29.8.2008 were cancelled, since the aforementioned acts were issued according to the provisions of art.12 of L.3481/2006. These acts according to the decision rationale are partially opposed to art.24 para.2 of the Greek Constitution due to the deficit in the ratio of open green areas.
