AUTOHELLAS S.A. announces, in acordance to the provisions of law 3556/2007, that on the 06th of October 2009, shareholder and shareholder and Deputy General Manager Dimitris Magioros, (person obliged to notify pursuant to law 3340/2005), sold 11,711 shares of Autohellas S.A. at the total value of euro 23,422.00.
