AEGEAN AIRLINES S.A. (the Company) announces, according to L. 3556/2007, the resolution of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission 1/434/3.7.2007 and article 13 of L.3340/2005, that Mr Athanasios and Panagiotis Laskaridis have submitted notifications to the company on 14/10/2009 of changes in voting rights, according to which Mr Athanasios Laskaridis transferred through an OTC transaction on 13/10/2009 1.354.220 common registered shares of the Company of total transaction value of EUR270,844 to his brother and non-executive member of the Company's BoD Mr. Panagiotis Laskaridis. As a result, the former's participation in the company's share capital fell from 11,377% (corresponding to 8.125.360 shares and voting rights) to 9,48% corresponding to 6.771.140 shares and voting rights, while the latter's participation increased from 7,585% (corresponding to 5.416.920 shares and voting rights) to 9,48% corresponding to 6.771.140 shares and voting rights.
